Yes,they should along with the public. The Officer used the wrong manner with the dog. Obviously he doesn't care about people or dogs at this point cause there were kids around. There needs to be a federal investigation of things . Someone needs to be in-charge of animals to help and not kill them!

Should have demanded investigation day of shooting. At this point more Sturgeon City Council people should resign for the poor handling of this issue. Attempted coverup and false police report about "rabies" is ridiculous. Now sued in federal court, rightly so. Sturgeon needs better leadership.
